Trishell Vargas CEO & Founder
I'm Trishell Vargas, healthcare leader, public health advocate, proud mother, and founder of TCT. Being a mother to my beautiful daughter has strengthened my passion for caring for others and reminded me daily that family, compassion, and community truly matter.
With experience in Care Management services, I'm passionate about helping patients, providers, and communities feel supported, educated, and empowered. Our mission is simple: improve patient care, reduce healthcare gaps, and create real connections within the communities we serve.
Outside of healthcare, I enjoy spending time with family, shopping, traveling, and trying new foods, because life is all about creating experiences and connections. I am currently completing my Master of Public Health (MPH) with plans to pursue my DrPH, continuing my commitment to making a greater impact in public health and healthcare leadership.
I also proudly volunteer with the Women's Diversity Network (WDN) with a strong focus on the PICHC program, advocating for healthier families and stronger communities.
Rooted in compassion and advocacy, TCT is ready to serve your practice and team, because caring for people is not just what we do, it's who we are.
Nora Faltermayer COO
I have a lifelong background in many facets of healthcare, from pharmacy to assisted living and beyond, with degrees in Health Information Management and Technology and HealthCare Management.
After performing all aspects of Care Management for several years, from Care Coordination to Account Management in various start-ups and corporations, I became disillusioned by the focus on cutting corners and bottom lines over patient-centered care. I partnered with Trishell due to a shared passion for how Care Management should be. We truly believe in building relationships with our clients and being their "right hand" for patient needs. We are committed to bringing true clinical value and revenue growth to your practice.
Outside of work, I am married and have a daughter. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, traveling, volunteering with Lasagna Love, and working with adoptees to locate their biological relatives.
